Quiet area named and open

 

Nature's Nook now OPEN

Last term our new landscaped garden area was completed as part of a funding grant. Our Environmental Rangers worked to plant out the new garden area with a variety of scented plants, natives and herbs.

Last week our School Parliament introduced a Bill to name the garden area. After much debate the name 'Nature's Nook' was voted on by an overwhelming majority and so this is now the official name of our new garden area.

Students have recently been able to enjoy the space during lunch time as a nice quiet garden area away from handball games, basketball competitions and the busy nature of our main playgrounds.
