School Uniform Policy 

School policy, determined by the school community is that the children are to wear school uniforms. The wearing of school uniform helps foster pride in the school and assists in developing good tone and conduct. Please view the below link for the detailed policy.

Anti-Bullying Policy

At Holsworthy Public School all students have the right to attend school free from the fear of bullying, harassment and intimidation. The policy of this school is to take a very proactive approach to ensure children develop high self-esteem, confidence in themselves as people of worth, together with a strong belief in their abilities. These concepts are part of the Schools Student Welfare policy and social skills program.

Child Protection Policy

The Child Protection Program, developed by the Department of Education is a mandatory component of the PD/Health/PE Curriculum. These lessons will help children to identify dangerous situations and to seek help from trustworthy adults. 

Child Protection education aims to assist students to develop skills in:

·         recognising and responding appropriately to unsafe situations

·         establishing positive relationships

·         seeking assistance when required
